Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with what you bought, you can return it to us and choose something else or get a refund.
The procedure is as follows:
You call us at 6942603482 within 14 days from the date you received the product and inform me
You choose what you want to replace the returned product with
You return the product you don’t want to the address El. Venizelou 32- Glyfada – P.O. 16675 ensuring that it is packaged in a way that will not be damaged in transit, with all relevant accompanying forms (Retail Receipt)
As soon as we receive it, we check its efficiency and proceed to send the new one.
Shipping costs for the new item are the responsibility of the customer
SPECIAL RETURN TERMS
Changes are made within 14 days from the date of purchase, based on the accompanying documents (receipt, courier voucher). Simply notify us either by phone or by email at angel@vintagesoul.gr
No changes are made without purchase documents (receipt, change card)
No exchanges are made on torn, damaged or broken products
No changes are made to items that are discounted or on sale
No changes or cancellations are made to made-to-order products.
Deposits for made-to-order products are non-refundable.
We do not accept returns on products that are not held in our stock and come on special order for the customer.
The products must be in their original packaging with their tags.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
For the return of defective products, you should contact us by email at angel@vintagesoul.gr or by phone at 6942603482 to get relevant approval and instructions on how to send the defective product so that you do not incur additional costs.
Replacement or repair of the product can be done if the fault is examined and confirmed by the manufacturer-importer and does not come from misuse by the consumer or violation of the instructions for use, by presenting the product packaging and proof of purchase
Return shipping for defective product is at Vintage Soul By Angel.A. In the event that a product is returned as defective and found to be in good condition, the shipping and return and reshipment costs are borne by the customer.
